Is this the most complete list of new condos in Palm Beach?

It is built to be. Every new and pre-construction condominium in West Palm Beach and on Palm Beach island is here, along with the new towers of Broward County, from towers taking deposits to sites under contract, with the developer's own floor plans wherever they have been released and a dated source behind every figure. If a building is missing, tell us and it is added the same week.

What new condos are being built in West Palm Beach?

Towers are rising or selling on South Flagler Drive facing Palm Beach, on North Flagler Drive from Currie Park to Northwood Harbor, in downtown and the Nora District, and on Palm Beach island's South End. More are approved or proposed. The index lists every one with entry price, size, height and status.

Do you cover Fort Lauderdale and Broward?

Yes. Palm Beach County is home, and Broward County is the second market: the new towers on Fort Lauderdale Beach and at Bahia Mar, along Las Olas and downtown, in Pompano Beach and on Hillsboro Mile, and in Hollywood and Hallandale Beach. Each has the same page, sources and recorded sales as the Palm Beach County towers.

What does it cost to use The Premier Connection?

Nothing. Developers compensate the buyer's brokerage on every sale whether or not the buyer has representation. We are paid by the developer and return part of it to you as a credit at closing, which Florida's Real Estate Commission rule permits with full disclosure.

Why register before visiting a sales gallery?

Developers recognize a buyer's advisor only if the buyer was registered before first contact. If you walk in, call or register online first, the developer treats you as its own prospect and the credit cannot exist. Tell us the buildings you want to see and we arrange every introduction.

Can I see current pricing and floor plans?

Developers do not publish price sheets online. Request a private presentation for any building and an advisor sends the current release, floor plans and deposit terms, usually the same business day, then arranges a viewing if you would like one.
